1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Chair — DoubleFives (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using this Application. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Screwcap Games regarding the use of this Application.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Screwcap Games reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. No Financial or Investment Advice

The content provided within The Chair — DoubleFives is for general informational and educational purposes only. This Application does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice, and you should not treat any of the Application’s content as such. The Application does not recommend that any commodity, security, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument should be bought, sold, or held by you.

Past simulated performance shown within the Application is not indicative of future results. The risk of loss in actual trading of commodities and financial instruments can be substantial. 3. Simulated Environment

All gameplay within The Chair — DoubleFives takes place within a simulated environment. Any prices, market data, portfolio values, gains, or losses displayed within the Application are entirely simulated and for educational illustration purposes only. They do not represent actual market conditions, actual investment positions, or actual financial outcomes.

Simulated trading performance has inherent limitations. In particular, simulated results do not account for real-world market impact, liquidity constraints, slippage, transaction costs, tax implications, or emotional factors that affect real trading decisions. There are frequently sharp differences between simulated performance results and actual results subsequently achieved.

No real money is wagered, invested, or placed at risk through use of this Application. The Application does not facilitate, enable, or process any actual financial transactions.

4. Data Sources & Accuracy

Market data displayed within the Application may be sourced from third-party providers including Yahoo Finance, Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED), Polymarket, and other public data sources. Such data may be delayed by 15 minutes or more, may contain errors or omissions, and is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Screwcap Games is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data.

References to Polymarket, Kalshi, or other prediction market platforms within the Application are for informational and educational purposes only. Screwcap Games has no affiliation with, and does not endorse or recommend, any prediction market platform. Probability figures sourced from third-party prediction markets represent market-implied odds only and are not predictions or recommendations.

Historical scenario data used for educational purposes within the Application is drawn from publicly available sources and has been simplified for gameplay purposes. Such data may not be fully accurate and should not be relied upon for research or investment decision-making.

Game of Skill — No Gambling

The Chair (DoubleFives) is a game of skill. Domino games, including the All-Fives variant featured in this Application, are recognised as games of skill by applicable regulatory authorities in most jurisdictions. No real money wagering, betting, or gambling is facilitated by this Application.

Any in-game scoring, ranking, leaderboard positions, or virtual currencies within the Application have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real-world currency, goods, or services. The Application does not constitute gambling under any applicable definition.

AI Character Disclaimer

The Application features AI-powered character personalities (“AI Characters”). These characters are fictional constructs and any opinions, statements, or dialogue generated by AI Characters do not represent the views of Screwcap Games. AI-generated content may occasionally be unexpected or imperfect; Screwcap Games disclaims all liability for AI Character outputs.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You agree not to use the Application in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Application or interfere with any other party’s use of the Application.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Application, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Application. You may not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Application without express written permission from Screwcap Games.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Screwcap Games. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Screwcap Games.

All game mechanics, character designs, educational content, and user interface elements within the Application are proprietary to Screwcap Games. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any portion of the Application is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Screwcap Games, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Application, even if Screwcap Games has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Screwcap Games expressly disclaims all liability for any financial losses, trading losses, or investment decisions made by any user as a result of, or in connection with, their use of this Application. The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Application shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Screwcap Games in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (0.00).

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Screwcap Games and its licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Application; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any actual or alleged financial loss you incur based on information accessed through the Application.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
